Today, she brings that refined aesthetic sensibility and exceptional organizational acumen to her leadership at Annette English + Associates, where she has earned a reputation as a client favorite for her thoughtful listening, intuitive problem-solving, and ability to translate personal stories into deeply tailored interiors.

For Andrea, brilliant design extends far beyond creating a visually striking room. She is fascinated by the relationship between people and the spaces they inhabit—the way environments support daily rituals, spark emotion, and shape how we move through our lives. Her approach is rooted in understanding these intimate connections and using them as the foundation for crafting environments that feel purposeful, inspiring, and inherently personal. Since joining the AE+A family in 2013, Andrea has been a driving force behind the firm’s creative direction and continued growth. She was named Design Director in 2017 and became a Partner in 2018—a reflection of her leadership skills, design fluency, and unwavering commitment to elevating every project the firm touches. Her contributions have been invaluable, shaping AE+A’s signature aesthetic and reinforcing its dedication to craftsmanship, collaboration, and client experience.
